1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, and using the CadenceFlow mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
CadenceFlow is an Android running app that provides cadence coaching guidance for runners. The App includes:
- Pre-built training sessions across Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels
- Custom session builder for creating personalized workouts
- Real-time feedback via metronome beats, voice cues, or vibration
- Session history and automatic progression tracking
- Personalized cadence coaching based on your baseline SPM (steps per minute)
3. Free vs Pro Tier
CadenceFlow Free
- Access to full library of 25+ pre-built sessions
- Custom session builder
- Session history and progress tracking
- All feedback modes (metronome, voice, vibration)
- Ads displayed between sessions (see Advertising section below)
CadenceFlow Pro
- All features from Free tier
- Ad-free experience
- Access to future pro-only features
- One-time purchase: $4.99 USD (or local equivalent)
4. In-App Purchases & Payments
CadenceFlow Pro is purchased through Google Play Billing (managed by RevenueCat). When you purchase Pro:
- Payment is processed by Google Play Store
- The purchase is a one-time payment (lifetime access)
- You may restore your purchase on any Android device using the same Google account
- Refunds are subject to Google Play Store's refund policy (typically 48 hours)
No Refunds Except as Required by Law: Except as required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If applicable law grants you refund rights (e.g., within 48 hours of purchase through Google Play, or as required by your jurisdiction), those rights are preserved.
5. Advertising
Free users: CadenceFlow displays interstitial (full-screen) advertisements powered by Google AdMob between sessions.
Pro users: No ads are displayed.
We do not control the content of ads. If you see an inappropriate ad, please report it through the App or contact us.
6. Medical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: CadenceFlow provides cadence coaching guidance only. It is NOT a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. While optimized cadence can support running efficiency and reduce injury risk, CadenceFlow should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.
Before using CadenceFlow, especially if you have any of the following, consult a doctor:
- Existing injuries or pain
- Chronic health conditions
- Recent surgery
- Pregnancy
- Any concerns about your fitness to run
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Attempt to hack, crack, or bypass security measures
- Remove or obscure copyright notices or other proprietary marks
- Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Use the App to harass, threaten, or harm any person
- Scrape or extract data from the App without permission
- Sell, resell, or redistribute the App or its features
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: CadenceFlow is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Equinox Dev is not liable for:
- Any injury or harm resulting from use of the App
- Loss of data or app crashes
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Any third-party content or services linked to the App
- Errors or inaccuracies in cadence guidance
9. Changes to Terms & Service
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to you through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features at any time, with or without notice.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of India.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Equinox Dev regarding CadenceFlow, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
