CadenceFlow ("we", "us", "our", or "Company") operates the CadenceFlow mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use our App, and your choices regarding how that information is used.

1. Data We Collect

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

CadenceFlow operates with your privacy as the top priority. The following data is collected and stored exclusively on your device. We do not upload this data to our servers:

• Runner profile information: your level (Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced), baseline cadence (steps per minute), training goal, and feedback mode preference
• Session history: dates, durations, target SPMs, and any personal effort or pain ratings
• Custom sessions: any workout definitions you create

Data Collected by Third-Party Services

CadenceFlow integrates with the following third-party services, which collect data as described:

Google AdMob (Advertising)

• Android Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID)
• Device information (device type, OS version, manufacturer)
• IP address
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

Purpose: To display personalized advertisements to free users.
When: Only shown to free users. Pro users see no ads.
Privacy: See Google Privacy Policy for details on how Google handles this data. Users can opt out of personalized ads via Settings > Privacy > Ads on Android.

RevenueCat (In-App Purchase Management)

• Purchase receipts
• Entitlement status (whether you own CadenceFlow Pro)
• Device ID

Purpose: To verify purchases, restore Pro access, and prevent fraud.

Firebase Analytics (Usage Analytics)

• App events (e.g., sessions started, features used)
• Device information
• Anonymous usage patterns

Purpose: To understand how runners use the App and to improve features.
Privacy: See Firebase Privacy Policy.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• We do NOT collect GPS location data
• We do NOT create or require user accounts
• We do NOT store your personal data on our servers
• We do NOT share your device data with third parties other than Google, RevenueCat, and Firebase

3. Use of Information

We use the information collected to:

• Provide and improve the App
• Personalize your cadence training experience
• Process in-app purchases and verify Pro status
• Display relevant ads (free tier only)
• Analyze usage trends to improve features
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Advertising & Tracking

Free users: See ads powered by Google AdMob. Google may use your Android Advertising ID to personalize ads based on your interests.
Pro users: No ads. No ad tracking.

To disable personalized ads on your Android device, go to Settings > Privacy > Ads and enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization".

5. Children & COPPA

CadenceFlow is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such data and terminate that child's use of the App. Parents who believe their child has provided personal data to us should contact us immediately at amogh.harsha2501@gmail.com.

6. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

For EU residents (GDPR): Your personal data rights include access, correction, erasure, and portability. Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it by uninstalling the App. For questions, contact us at amogh.harsha2501@gmail.com.

For California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of your personal information. Since we don't sell your data to third parties (only share it with service providers like Google and RevenueCat), we comply with CCPA principles. 7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data. Since most of your data is stored locally on your device, security depends on your device's protections. For data transmitted to third parties (Google, RevenueCat, Firebase), we use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. If you believe your data has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
